Reconstruction of the GPRS “Palhanec municipality, RS35120” GasNet, s.r.o. 04/2020 06/2020 New GPRS building, including internal technology, high-pressure and middle-pressure pipelines, new earthing, paved areas, fencing, new LV distribution. It is a high-pressure GPRS, in which natural gas from a high-pressure circuit with a pressure of 2 300 kPa is reduced to 300 kPa. Machinery, object GPRS – 6 000 (n) m3/h with medium pressure outlet. GPRS is equipped with telemetry.
GPRS “ŠVOL” AmpluServis, a.s. 04/2020 11/2020 A reconstruction consisting of dismantling of the existing GPRS and construction of a new control device designed as a double-row (operational and backup) single-stage from HP to MP - with a capacity of 17 045 (n) m3/h. The inlet pressure of HP is 2.1 MPa and the outlet pressure of MP is 100 kPa. The GPRS is newly heated by natural gas with 3 pcs of gas boilers with an output of 28 kW - a total of 84 kW. Gas preheating is realized through a DN 150 hot water exchanger with an output of 75 kW, which is installed on the operational line. Inlet high-pressure steel pipe to GPRS with size DN 150, outlet medium-pressure pipe from GPRS with size DN 500.
Express way R7 Bratislava Ketelec ̶ Bratislava Prievoz, CU 701-0. SPP-distribúcia Servis s.r.o. 07/2019 08/2020 Construction unit 701-00, construction of new DN 500 HP gas pipeline, assembly works, test, connection to the distribution network, excavation and earthworks. The construction was carried out by using the outage technology. Bypasses were made to supply natural gas during the works. The total length of the new HP gas pipeline with a dimension of DN 500 PN 40 is 2,239 m, the length of the pipe protector with the dimension DN 800 is 302 m. DN 1000 Gas pipeline, Zdzieszowice-Wroclaw, Poland Gascontrol Polska Sp. z o.o. 05/2018 03/2020 The construction of DN 1000 PN 63 high-pressure gas pipeline in Poland near the Opole City. Together with our subsidiaries we built a total of 33 km of pipelines. Work was carried out by welding machines. This are able to weld a stretch of up to 1.5 kilometers during the week, with eight welding machines operating on each side of the route. Welds meet high quality requirements, which are verified by ultrasonic testing. It was a challenging project with a great emphasis on managing, coordinating work with emphasis on quality.
Reconstruction of the 36068 Mohelnice – Siemens GPRS high-pressure pipeline GasNet, s.r.o. 06/2020 09/2020 Construction of a new route of the high-pressure gas pipeline DN 150 in the length of 1,612.89 m, connection to the existing DN 300 gas pipeline of the Mohelnice - Siemens gas regulation station.

Reconstruction of the HP DN300 pipeline „Třinec-Jablunkov DV-32079“ GasNet, s.r.o. 01/2020 06/2020 Relocation of the existing HP DN 300 steel pipeline in total length of approx. 240m. It is a final gas pipeline supplying about 3 large customers and 1,300 small customers from the Třinec City to Jablunkov City. 2x DN 300 stopple fitting were used to shut down the pipeline, incl. 2x DN80 bypass. Gas pipeline: HP DN 300 (323.9x 6.3 mm) mat. L360 NE / ME with factory insulation LDPE cl. A1 + FZM-N cladding.
Reconstruction of the HP pipeline Děhylov - MCHZ DN300 dip pipe GasNet, s.r.o. 06/2020 09/2020 Connection of the existing non-operated high-pressure dip pipe to the existing operated high-pressure DN300 gas pipeline; “Stopple” work on DN300 pipes.
Reconstruction of the Ostrava local networks “Matěje Kopeckého II. etapa +2” GasNet, s.r.o. 04/2020 07/2020 Low-pressure pipeline with protection jacket with dimension dn 315 in the length of approx. 432 m, dn 225 in the length of approx. 359 m and dn 160 in the length of approx. 36 m, 9x controlled drilling within road crossing.
Reconstruction of the Frýdek-Místek local networks „Lískovecká + 1“ GasNet, s.r.o. 07/2020 11/2020 As part of the reconstruction, all old steel pipes with a total length of 720 m were pulled out. The construction also included the replacement of steel and PE connections by replacing them with new low-pressure connections with dimensions Dn 63 and Dn 90 made of PE100 jacketed material. Gas pipeline: gas pipeline with a total length of 1259.49 m. Connections: 30 gas pipeline connections with a total length of 324.82 m.
Reconstruction of the Ostrava local networks “Radvanice part 4” GasNet, s.r.o. 03/2020 05/2020 Gas pipelines with a total length of 1028.64 m, of which 52.40 m made of PE 100 SDR 17.6 dn110, 575.40 m of dn90 and 7.29 m of PE dn40. 41 gas pipeline connections made of PE dn32 with a total length of 336.15 m were connected to the new gas pipeline line.
Reconstruction of the Havířov local networks “I. stage” GasNet, s.r.o. 06/2020 09/2020 As part of the reconstruction, all old steel pipes with a total length of 780 m were pulled out. The construction also included the replacement of steel and PE connections by replacing them with new low-pressure connections with dimensions Dn32 made of PE100 jacketed material.

Middle pressure connections made of PE dn32 in total length of 27,11 m. Disconnection and dismantling of the existing GPRS, removal of fencing and paved areas.
